Refund policy

At Bansiwala Jewellery, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully check every product before shipping to ensure the best quality. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Once the order is billed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
    2. All jewellery is unique in design.  Jewellery is handcrafted and studded with semi-precious stones. They may have slight irregularities or imperfections. These irregularities are the result of human involvement in the process. These handcrafted products are all one of a kind, just like you and me.
    3. No returns or exchanges are allowed.
    4. We do not accept returns/exchanges of products unless they are damaged during transit. If there is any damage or defect, it has to be informed on the same day of receiving the order, along with a complete video of opening the parcel. The complete unboxing video is mandatory without editing.
    5. All shipments are packed after quality check. In case of damage, the customer has to courier the shipment back at their own expense, or they can contact customer support for booking a return shipment.
    6. The amount cannot be refunded. 
  2. Exchange claims are acceptable within 24 hours after receiving parcel.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or worn jewellery
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Unboxing video (Mandatory)- 360 Degree opening parcel video is mandatory to claim any issues without editing. Otherwise claims are not acceptable.

Refunds

  • No refunds will be provided.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved exchange will be processed within 2- 4 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please share:

  • Order number
  • Product photos
  • Unboxing video (Mandatory)- 360 Degree opening parcel video is mandatory to claim any issues without editing. 

This will help us process your request quickly.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a damaged product.
